These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 3ptti online gaming platform, including all associated services, content, features, functionality and software offered by 3ptti (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
3ptti is an online gaming platform accessible internationally. It is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. The Platform does not claim to be licensed, regulated or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority of Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing and using online gambling services in their jurisdiction.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.
In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a Bonus or Deposit amount must be bet before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to confirm a User's eligibility and compliance with applicable requirements. |
| "Prohibited User" | Any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms. |
| "PKR" | Pakistani Rupee — the currency of Pakistan, referenced for illustrative purposes in relation to familiar payment channels. |

To register and maintain an Account on the 3ptti Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and not misleading. You are obligated to update your registration information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3ptti may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), payment method verification, and a selfie or liveness check. You must submit only genuine, unaltered documents. Submission of falsified documents is a criminal offence under applicable law.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
All KYC documents must be submitted only through the Platform's designated secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not transmit sensitive identity documents through unencrypted channels, public forums or third-party applications.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify 3ptti immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 3ptti is not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Account currency is set at registration and may not be changed thereafter. Where the Platform references Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or familiar Pakistan payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, these references are for illustrative purposes only. None of these payment providers endorse gambling, and their availability must be verified in the live cashier. Users are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
An Account may be classified as inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee, as specified in the current fee schedule, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. You will be notified in accordance with the Platform's notification policy before any such fees are applied.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with the normal rules. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you through your verified payment method subject to completed KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. 3ptti does not accept cash deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as published in the live cashier. 3ptti reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that appear suspicious or that originate from methods not registered to the Account holder.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made to the Platform is considered a material breach of these Terms. 3ptti reserves the right to close the Account, recover any outstanding amount and pursue recovery through all available legal means.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotions offered by 3ptti are subject to specific terms that will be published with each promotion. These Terms set out the general framework applicable to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the Bonus amount — or the combined Bonus and Deposit amount, as stated in the promotion — must be wagered using qualifying games before a withdrawal may be requested.
While Bonus Funds remain active in an Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per selection is subject to a cap as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum during active Bonus play may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slot games commonly contribute at a rate of 100%, while table games, live casino titles and other game types may contribute at reduced rates or may not contribute at all. A full game contribution table is published in the relevant promotion terms.
Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account. It is the User's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
3ptti reserves the right to withhold, reverse or void Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a User has engaged in behaviour constituting Bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim a single-use promotion, exploiting low-risk strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or use of automated tools or software.
Any PKR figures referenced in promotional materials — such as PKR 1,000 minimum deposit, PKR 5,000 bonus cap or PKR 25,000 welcome package — are illustrative examples only unless confirmed by the operator as live figures. Users must verify all current bonus amounts and conditions in the promotions section of the Platform before claiming.
All bets, wagers and game rounds are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. Sport-specific rules, settlement rules, void-bet conditions and payout structures are published within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail with respect to gameplay.
Cricket betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to the applicable sport rules for cricket. Settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. 3ptti does not represent or warrant any affiliation with cricket governing bodies, the PSL, or any other league or tournament.
In the event of a technical fault, system error or software malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or odds display, 3ptti reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. 3ptti is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Users who exploit a known system error to place bets may have those bets voided and their accounts reviewed.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 3ptti. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message. 3ptti reserves the right to decline, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including where market conditions change before confirmation is issued.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and legal action where appropriate:

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game interfaces and structural design — is the property of 3ptti or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 3ptti.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 3ptti and its licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptti, its officers, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
This limitation of liability applies to, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 3ptti's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3ptti reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon closure for breach, 3ptti may retain any balance in the Account as a set-off against damages or losses caused by the breach. Where closure is not related to a breach, any real-money balance will be returned to you through your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions being met.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered and licensed, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.
In the event of a dispute, you should first contact 3ptti's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism specified by the Platform's licensing authority.
These Terms do not create any right under applicable Pakistani law to bring a claim in Pakistani courts, nor do they constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan access the Platform subject to their own legal risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable Pakistani law.
3ptti reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, you will be notified by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 3ptti recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.
